A woman is made of strength; she has an interwoven glory that cannot be muted! When a woman sets herself free to own her heart and know herself as she truly is, no amount of torture could disconnect her from the power she holds.
We hold the power to choose to be strong. When our power feels limited, we have only to ask for more. Only to sit in the quiet or walk along a path with a heart to receive, to be patient, to listen. Then strength will come floating to us like a galactic cloth carried on the breeze that wraps around our pain with comfort.
It’s not a flashy, false, phony sort of strength, not one you put on to cover up what you don’t want to face or to hide from others. It’s a strength that is so beyond our understanding, one that is made of light and vibration. One that can be embodied in our spiritual heart as well as embodied within our physical cells.
I painting this piece while I was depressed, I had to decide not to give up. It was a dark place which ultimately taught me not to give up.
I accept my weakness as a beautiful part of my being
"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."~Proverbs 31:25
