The Hand of the Heavens.
Looking into the window of our bodies, beyond even our DNA, deep within the heart we find this ability to realize our own power. It begins with curiosity and as it is deepened it cultivates trust.
Trust in oneself is the ability to make decisions and follow our intuition, knowing we are being guided from within. We do not need to look outside of ourselves for the next steps. If we do so, we risk being misled by others' intentions which may not be in alignment with our own.
If we take initiative for our life, then we also hold all the power to change our behaviors and circumstances. It is only when we give our power away to unwanted situations that we start to feel out of control.
It is important to understand the difference between forced control and surrendered control. Forced control will leave you feeling powerless and confused. Pain comes when we think we have control over things that we do not, such as others’ opinions of us, loss of possessions, positions, and loved ones.
Surrendered control is when we accept a situation and decide whether we want to entertain it within our consciousness, more so, deciding how we will interpret the situation from an empowered standpoint.
We choose what we give our energy to. We choose what we back with belief.
Although we may not have consciously wished any particular circumstances into our lives, we have in some way welcomed the experience through either a desire to learn from what lessons it brings, or through expressing emotions that are connected to its manifestation into our awareness.
We may not always see the connection at first, but our current situations, though seemingly unrelated, are actually fully connected to a dominating belief we hold within our subconscious mind. These beliefs may be rooted in fear, a very strong emotion that will manifest a situation in order to give you a pathway of overcoming that specific fear. Or rooted in something more uplifting where you start to see more positive results.
When we bring awareness to pain, only then will we give it the space to be processed and worked out; transmuted into healing. This in your window, no one can enter it for you, you hold the keys and have the ability to create a safe place to find yourself. You decide how deep you want to journey.
The more connected you are to your most authentic self, the more love will naturally flow from you to others. To touch the heart of another is nothing short of pure divine power, together we hold the power and intensity of consciousness between us. May we never take for granted the keys to another's heart.
When we look at healthy sexuality we find it is a beautiful mirror of the depth and vulnerability a relationship can encompass. New life often emerging!
We learn to weave together the many fragments of ourselves, embracing our masculine and feminine qualities, cultivating our inherent gifts and exploring the duality of our nature.
As we embrace others we identify with them. Just as we like to touch things that we admire, touch is a way of connecting even with inanimate objects, as we reach out, we are internally saying, “This is me”. Likewise, when we are touched by others it is as if a piece of them is left behind, becoming a part of us if we receive it.
Unity with others shows us how to connect back to ourselves. Often to truly know oneself we must embrace our social nature and even reach out for outside help.
To the depth that you have journeyed within is to the depth you will allow loved ones to enter, for how could they go where you yourself have not first gone? Therefore, you serve and love others by loving yourself. You contribute to the overall wellbeing of humanity when you take the time to heal and connect.
Cultivating the connection becomes the one thing worth pursuing; upon the foundation of this structure all secondary desires will be built, however fleeting they may be. Look within to find your own divine being, then look without to see such a connection externalized within everything and everyone you come in contact with!
