This painting was inspired by a dream I had of a burgundy room filled with designs. Within the room there were small shapes in blue and yellow (the other two primary colors). I always paint the images I see in dreams, so I thought it would be fun to make my own rendition of Vincent Van Gogh’s Famous Painting “The Bedroom”, of which he actually painted three of his own versions.
